Spring Makeup!

Hey guys!
So for today's blog.... I'm doing a spring eye makeup look. So, for me I love changing my makeup to look more like spring. However, I'm not a dramatic makeup type of gal, so I do subtle changes. So, heres one I really like for spring! It has color, but it's still really natural looking! You can change it to your liking. For example, if you don't want the liner ....or maybe you want matte instead of shimmer.
So what I first did, is swipe Maybelline color tattoo in Barely Branded all over my lid and in the inner year duct. Then I used the oh so famous Naked Basics palette.( What do you know?) I took Venus and swiped that all over the lid for a shimmer. Then I took WOS and swiped that on my lid and up my crease as well. Then I took Mac's eyeshadow in Cranberry, using an angled crease brush, and made windshield wiper motions in my crease. ( if you want the look to look more subtle, take naked 2 and put that over Mac's cranberry to tone it down). Then just add liner and mascara of your choice!
So as you can see, this is a very simple makeup look! It's so pretty and subtle, yet incorporates the beautiful spring theme! I hope you all enjoyed! Please follow and leave blog requests in the comments below!

StealofaDeal Saturday!

Hey everybody!
So recently I have discovered another Elf hit! I love love love this lippie! It is the Elf Jumbo Gloss Stick. Now, every brand has one of these out, so what makes this one different? IT'S 2 DOLLARS?!?!?!?!?
So these are actually really pigmented for being a gloss balm/stick. These aren't the most moisturizing but they aren't labeled as a balm. They are labeled as a stick. However, they aren't drying at all! They have a good amount of moisture, especially since that's not their main specialty! They have quite a good lasting power as well. One of the most important things is.....(drummmrolllll pleaseeee) THEY AREN'T STICKY AT ALL!!!!!!
My current spring favorite is Pink Umbrellas. It's absolutely perfect for spring! It actually is a corally color, but doesn't look like it until its on your lips. Its definitely my favorite!
So I really recommend these! Even though every brand has these, these are the cheapest! Not only that, they are one of my favorites out of all the brands, not just because they are super cheap!

Maybelline Color Whispers

Hey everybody!
So I have a super exciting review on what is now one of my favorite products of all time! No lie! What makes it even better is this product happens to be from the drugstore?!?!?
MAYBELLINE COLOR WHISPERS!
Okay, so these are pretty popular now, and they deserve all the credit! They honestly have overruled my Baby Lips obsession. ( and that is saying something huge!) So moral of the story these are fabulous!
So, what they are is a moisturizing lip color with a "gel formula". They arent supposed to have an extreme color payoff , but more color then tinted lip balms. For me, they have the absolute perfect amount of color payoff! They have such a wide variety of colors as well! The darker colors give you a dark effect without being to over the top! These are perfect! They are similar to Revlon Lip Butters, but to me I think they are way better!
Now lets talk about my favorite one! Lust for Blush! This is probably the most talked about one, but it's absolutely awesome in every way possible! It's the most perfect color to way every single stinking day! It's one of those "your lips but way better" colors. It's just a beautiful light pink! Not to mention, IT'S THE BEST COLOR FOR SPRING EVER! Also, all of them have a sheen to them after you put them on, so that means no need for gloss!
They are perfect if your just starting into makeup, or if you love moisturizing lip colors! They have the perfect amount of pigmentation and the packaging is nice and sleek! The lasting power is around an hour and a half, plus they smell like vanilla!(which is always a good thing) THE BEST PART IS THE PRICE IS AROUND 5 DOLLARS!
Rate:10 out of 10
So I hope you enjoyed and try these out! Please follow and leave blog requests in the comments below!

Winter to Spring Wishlist

Hey guys!
So it is spring time, and where I live it's finally warm!! So I have put together some things that I'm wanting and thinking about getting for the new weather!
#1:
Muscle Tees! I literally am just now jumping on the bandwagon with the muscle tees! I don't have any yet, but I seriously love them! I think they are absolutely perfect for spring and summer, and they just bring some casualness to the outfit!
#2:
Colored/High Waisted Shorts.
I only have one pair of colored shorts, so I definitely am feeling the need to get more. Also they are so in for spring and summer, so again I shall jump on the bandwagon.
#3:
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain. I am probably the only one that hasn't tried these. Which is crazy, because they are from the drugstore, and every single time I'm there,I think about getting them.
But anyways, I need some bright lippies for spring and I think these would be perfect! All you need to do is apply in the morning and they stain your lips! I will most likely pick these up very soon!
#4:
Naked 2 pallette. Okay for real this time, I'm the last person to jump on the bandwagon! Everyone and their mother has this palette. I've wanted it for forever, I just haven't talked myself into putting 50$ into it. However, I seriously think I will get it in the very near future. I think it would be so easy and simple to use, also great for summer vacations!
#5:
Stila Kitten Eyeshadow. What do you know? Again, another product everyone pretty much has. But, I am seriously thinking about getting it for the spring and summer. I think it would be perfect because its such a light brightening shimmery color! It would make every eye pop and be so good for all skin tones.

Top Drugstore Favorites!

Hey everybody!
So you must all know how much I love my drugstore makeup! With this being said, it was extremely hard narrowing down my top favorites from each category! But here we go.
Drugstore Foundation:
I am not a fan of foundation, but when I need it, I do wear it. However, I rarely wear foundations, it's mainly BB creams. I LOVE BB creams! My favorite from the drugstore I've tried, is Maybellines BB cream! It's so light and NOT CAKEY AT ALL! Also, it does amazing benefits for your skin, and has pretty good coverage!
Drugstore Concealer:
My favorite drugstore concealer is Maybelline Dream Lumi highlighting +concealer. Now, I have said many times, I have major dark under eye circles. So, that's what I'm looking for in a concealer. Also, I still haven't found a super amazing drugstore concealer. But, I do like the Maybelline concealer. It does a pretty good job coverage wise and does is good at highlighting. Yet, you can still see my dark undereye circles peeking on through.
Drugstore Eyeshadow:
This is so extremely hard to just pick one! I've done a while blog on drugstore eyeshadows, because that's how much I love them! But, with lots and lots of thought, I think it would be Wet n Wild Eyeshadow trio in Walking on Eggshells. What do you know? Well I've done a whole blog about Wet n Wild, so moral of the story, I wear this eyeshadow trio almost everyday! It's worth so much more then 3-4$!
Drugstore Eye Primer:
Okay again I've talked about these before! But, it's Maybelline 24hour Color Tattoos. I wear these under all of my eye looks! There amazing bases and amazing by themselves! They really make your eyeshadows pop! Sometimes, they will crease a tad tad bit, but it's not a big deal.
Drugstore Liner:
Maybelline Line Stiletto. This stuff is just awesome! It has such a smooth application, and STAYS PUT ALL DAY LONG! I seriously recommend this!
Drugstore Mascara:
Now this is also a very hard one for me. But, after a long thought process I have to go with Maybelline The Rocket. This just has awesome volumizing and lengthening capabilities! However, one downside to this product is that it tends to smear at the end of the day. Which really sucks. So to fix this problem, use the waterproof one!!!
Drugstore Lips:
So as you may guess, this one as well was quite hard for me to choose. But, I've picked one I recently discovered. Not only is it a drugstore favorite, it's probably an all time favorite! The product is.....(drumrolllllll pleaseeee) Maybelline Color Whispers! Oh my geez guys I seriously love these! They are so moisturizing and the perfect amount of color! Seriously go try these this second! It's just a wash of color that stays on quite a long time. Also, you don't even need a gloss because they have a sheen to them!
Drugstore Bronzer:
So technically I don't have a drugstore bronzer as a favorite because I've only tried one. The one I've tried is NYC Bronzer in Sunny. Might I say I absolutely LOVED this Bronzer! It's the perfect color for my very ghost like skin! (It works on light to medium skin tones) Its isn't orange or cakey/powdering looking etc. However, after a couple days I noticed it was breaking me out! This was such a sad day for me because I really really loved this baby. But I have sensitive skin sadly; however, I do still recommend this and just try to see if it breaks you out, it's ONLY 3$!!!
Drugstore Powder:
My favorite drugstore powder is Revlons Nearly Naked Powder. I love this stuff! It's just so flawless looking and NOT POWDERY! It has a gorgeous gorgeous finish! I seriously recommend this!
Drugstore Blush:
Again I'll have to talk about my Wet n Wild friends for this category! Their blushes are just amazing in every way possible! They have an amazing amount of pigmentation! They go on flawlessly and don't look powdery!
Okay so I hope you enjoyed this very very long blog post! After I finished I realized how many products were Maybelline. So I guess that's my favorite drugstore brand lol. But anyways, please follow and leave blog requests in the comments!

Tip Tuesday!

Now I don't know if this qualifies as a tip, but I'm thinking it is does so...here we go!
Recently, I have discovered some of my favorite new eyeshadows. The very best part, is the brand is ELF! AND THEY ARE 3 DOLLARS EACH!!!! Now I'm thinking I'm going to do a whole hits and misses blog about ELF, because I love them. However, some products from them aren't to hot.
So moral of the story, I love ELF'S Mineral Eye shadows! They are just amazing!
First of all, the packaging is really good quality! They go are also so pigmented! They look phenomenal on your eyes! I always get compliments asking what eyeshadow I'm wearing! They are very shimmery, but it doesn't look overwhelming on the eyes. Also, they seriously make every eye color pop!
How I apply: I just take a stiff flat shader brush, dip the brush into jar, and pat onto my eye. Surprisingly, there isn't very much fall out, considering a lot of mineral eyeshadows do tend to produce fall out.
My favorite colors are Celebrity(my all time favorite). Its an ABSOLUTE perfect eyeshadow for every eye color! It's just gives a gorgeous natural look. It's a gold/bronze color, I seriously recommend it greatly!
My next favorite is Sassy! This is a rosé gold color. It is a darker color, so it's a little more bold. But, it's still beautiful!
For summer, I love The color Natural! It's just a light champagne color, and really brightens up your eye!

I hope you all enjoyed! Please follow and comment blog requests!

Friday Favorites!

Hey Everybody!!
So we all have survived another week, which means a list of my favorites to go along with this week!

Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk-
This baby has been my absolute most used product this week! I've literally worn it every single day! All I do is swipe it under the browbone, above the brow, then in the inner corner/tear duct area. Since it doesn't have shimmer, it looks so so natural and just adds a gorgeous highlighting look! I very very very strongly recommend it! By the way.... Did I mention its 5$?

Benefit Erase Paste-
Okay I know this has been in my monthly favorites and in a review, but why not talk about it again? I'm so very obsessed, I just love this baby so stinking much! It just covers and brightens and just does a wonderful job concealing my undereyes!

Elf Cream Eyeliner in Black-
This week I've actually been wearing eyeliner.... What what??? I hardly ever wear it, but it's just been my thing this week. So, what I've loved doing is using an angled eyeliner brush. Then, just doing a thin line halfway on my lid. It makes my eyelashes look so much fuller and longer yet it doesn't look like eyeliner. I seriously recommend this simple little "trick".

Shoes!-
So spring has somewhat spung where I live!!! So, I've been wearing these floral oxfords to be very springy! There very vibrant and different, but I absolutely love them! They add so much color and coolness to the outfit that its just amazing! Also, they are oxfords, which we all know I'm obsessed with. Last but not least, there 26$ and from Forever 21, which surprisingly there very good quality and dont look cheap!(I'm not bashing on Forever 21, but there shoes sometime look cheap)

Nail Polish-
The polish I've worn and loved this week is very festive and springy like! It's Essie's Lilacism. Which is a cute name and a even cuter color. It stayed on about 3-4 days, which is okay, but it's an adorable lilac/ bluish color, so that's that!

Apples-
This is very random, but I've really been loving snacking on apples this whole week?!?!?!? Sounds weird, but I'm sure through the span of this week I've had about 10 apples.(no lie)

Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs-
Well for Easter the wonderful Easter Bunny brought me some Reese's eggs. Which if you didn't know is my favorite candy!! So, I've been greatly enjoying these beauties this week!

So I hoped you enjoyed my Friday Favorite! Please Follow and leave blog requests in the comments below!

Nail Polish Favorites!

Hey guys!
Long time no talk! I've been very busy, so I haven't gotten the chance to sit down and write a blog. But, no need to fear, here's one right here! ( that totally rhymed without me trying)
So, there's a ton of different nail polish brands out there, and a ton of different price ranges for all of the different brands. I'm kinda addicted to painting my nails, so I've tried a very very large handful of all different types of nail polish brands! With that long speech being said, here are a list of my absolute favorites!

Revlon Color Stay Long Wear Nail Enamel- So, this is probably my all time favorite nail polish brand! It's amazing! It says its long wear, which it definitely is! My nails are about middle to long length, so nail polish chips on me very very easily! This nail polish stays on my fingers without chipping for about 4-6 days! This is a long time for me, because like I said, nail polish chips on me very easily! This also, feels very high end and its ONLY 4-5$! Its smooth going on, and it's brush is absolutely the perfect size for applying! If you haven't tried this, go and get it!
Rating: 10 ( 1 being the worst and 10 the best)

Loreal Paris Colour Riche Nail Polish-
This is probably almost tied with Revlon Colorstay. It's as well a great nail polish, and very long lasting (P.s. the new spring colors are just plain adorable)! These last as long as Revlon Colorstay and go on very smooth! One thing I dislike is the brush is a little small, and I prefer them bigger to get the whole nail easier. Price as well is around the same as the Revlon Colorstay.
Rating:9

Essie-
Now I'm so sure everyone + their mothers have heard about good ole Essie. However, it's actually 3rd on my top list. Mainly because, it isn't very long lasting on my nails. It only lasts around 2-3 days, which makes it drop on the scale. But, the brush is perfect, and it goes on flawlessly. I am in love with the formula! The price is higher around 8$! Also, lets just all be honest and say Essie has the cutest nail colors and nail NAMES! I love cute names! ( half the time that's the main reason I buy the polish) Not to mention, the widest range of colors!
Rating: 7

Revlon Colorstay Instant Dry Top Coat-
This is my all time favorite top coat! Not only does It makes your nail polish last so much longer and prevent chipping, but it additionally drys so quick! It says in 30 seconds your nails will be dry. It isn't lying! Your nails are dry in 30 seconds. However, I don't recommend going and running around everywhere, because your nails aren't completely and totally dry yet. But, it does definitely decrease the time you have to wait for your nails to dry! Which is perfect for me because along with everyone else, I hate waiting an hour untill I can get up and do something after I painted my nails! One thing I dislike, is the brush sometimes comes unattached from the lid which makes it hard to paint with. I don't know if its just mine or what, but it's still doable, and I still love it so that's that!
Rating-9
